Mr. Kim R. Smith was born and raised in Tatum and has worked hard to maintain the quality of the community. He has been a city council member for more than ten years on the Tatum City Council and also serves on the Tatum Education Foundation. Mr. Smith is currently serving on the board of directors of the Texas Forestry Association (TFA).
